Stellant Systems, Inc. announced that Conrad R. Gagnon, CPA has joined its Board of Directors.
Gagnon has over 40 years of experience in key executive and financial roles within the Aerospace and Defense industry. As CFO, he has been an integral part of private equity-owned and public companies and has managed numerous mergers and acquisitions, established strong functional areas including IT, accounting, finance, SEC reporting and tax and treasury. Gagnon also led the MTSI 2012 IPO and served as CFO of Anaren prior to its sale to TTM Technologies in 2018.
Gagnon is currently the sole proprietor of CRG Consulting, LLC an executive management advisory services company which partners with private equity firms and its portfolio companies, with a specific emphasis on M&A assessment, integration margin expansion and structuring infrastructure to drive continuous operational improvement and long term shareholder value creation.

Gagnon has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Computer Sciences from Boston College and is a CPA in New Hampshire.
