The SP5T, PIN diode switch, model MSN-5DT-05-STD with options 1422, 12X and LVT operates from 14.0 to 22.0 GHz with a minimum of 80 dB of isolation and a maximum of 5.0 dB of insertion loss. The switch accomplishes this while also having a maximum switching speed of 30 ns on/off and a maximum rise/fall of 10 ns. Phase/Frequency Detectors

The model HMC439QS16G and model HMC440QS16G are HBT digital phase-frequency detectors (PFD) intended for use in low noise, phase lock loop applications for inputs from 10 to 1300 MHz. Synthesizer designs can choose either the HMC439QS16G single function PFD or the HMC440QS16G PFD with an integrated DC to 2800 MHz five-bit counter. The counter offers continuous division from 2 to 32. Both products are housed in plastic SMT 16-lead QSOP packages that have an exposed base for good RF and thermal performance. Coaxial Diplexer

The model AX05-0008 is a coaxial diplexer that features low insertion loss, high isolation, good temperature stability and offers compact size. Replacement Filter

This five-channel YIG-replacement filter provides five selectable RF filter channels over a wide frequency range with ultimate rejections out to 26 GHz. SMT/Standard Terminations

These surface-mount and standard high power chip terminations are tuned for telecom frequencies. Micro-machined Filter

Connector Clamp

This connector clamp fits onto the back end of standard RF coaxial connectors to reinforce cable assemblies subjected to excessive twisting and flexing. Integrated Variable Gain Amplifiers

This release of Ansoft Designer™ v1.1 software is for the design of high frequency electronic components, circuits and systems. Simulator Version

The S-parameter-based mixed domain SPICE simulator version (MDSPICE) 3.2 allows robust and accurate time transient analysis based upon S-parameters. Direct Synthesizers

The DS synthesizers are quiet, fast, broadband and precise. Frequency-select Synthesizer

Surface-mount TCXO
