Modelithics announced the release of the latest version, v21.5, of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for use with Keysight Technologies’ PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS). 

With 26 models included in this new release, the Modelithics COMPLETE Library now contains over 800 highly scalable Microwave Global Models™, behavioral models, complex equivalent circuit models and advanced non-linear models that represent over 24,000 passive and active components. Designers everywhere can take advantage of this extensive collection of simulation models for RF/microwave devices that includes surface-mount RLC components, diodes transistors, amplifiers, attenuators, filters, couplers and more. Since Modelithics models are engineered to enable designers to go from concept to product faster and easier, anyone involved in PCB-based RF/microwave circuit or module design should want to utilize Modelithics collection of simulation models. 

Version 21.5 adds new scalable Microwave Global Models to the Modelithics COMPLETE Library, including new models for 18 Barry packages as well as new models for the Coilcraft 0402DC, 0603CT, 0603HL and 0805LS inductor families. Also included are new models for the KOA RK73H, Samsung RC0402, Vishay CRCW01005 and Yageo RC0100 resistor families.
