T|Tech,Inc clients have requested IsoPro® to mill features never before capable in the circuit board milling industry. With finer tool sizes, complex shape recognition is no problem for IsoPro® 6.0. The new “3D cut” feather allows tooling to gradually enter the material for longer tool life. IsoPro® 6.0 software allows users to manufacture printed circuit boards on the Quick Circuit, in house, in an hour from the time the schematic and layout are produced.
The tool management software of IsoPro® 6.0 is new. You can now set the tool life for the length of cut or the number of holes drilled. The real-time manufacturing progress within IsoPro® 6.0 is greatly enhanced, allowing quality circuit boards to be made from many types of materials using the suggested feed and speed charts.
