Join Altum RF, a supplier of high performance RF to mmWave semiconductor solutions for next-generation markets and applications, at the IMS2021 in-person event to be held in Atlanta, Ga. Altum RF will showcase its featured products and technical expertise in Booth #1141 at the Georgia World Conference Center.

Company leaders will be in the booth to answer questions about specific products, future plans and their decades of expertise designing and delivering RF, microwave and mmWave semiconductors.

New products featured in the booth include two 27 to 31.5 GaN power amplifier MMICs, with the ARF1013 delivering 6 W output power and the ARF1014 achieving 12 W output power. Both devices have excellent output return loss of typically 12 dB. Additional new products, product brochures, videos and technical support will be displayed in the booth.
