RFMW announced design and sales support for the API Technologies Powerfilm, PCA3060 series of fixed attenuators. Optimized for radar, T/R modules, E/W, mmWave and 5G applications up to 30 GHz, the PCA3060 surface mount, fixed attenuators handle up to 1 W of power in an 0603 size package. Built using proprietary thin film processes, available attenuation values range from 0 to 10 dB in 1 dB increments, 10, 12, 15 and 20 dB. Ideal for amplifier circuits, receivers, up/down converters, phase‐matched arrays and switching networks they are suitable for drop-in or wire bond attachment with tin-lead, gold or RoHS compliant terminal finish.
