RFMW announced design and sales support for a 5G filter from Akoustis. The A10235 XBAW™ filter offers a small form factor and low pass band insertion loss for 5G, n78 band RF filtering applications. Center frequency is 3,500 MHz with a 200 MHz bandwidth. The A10235 has a sharp cut off, achieving 30 dB of rejection within 40 MHz of the passband, and retains rejection performance beyond the second harmonic. RF power withstanding is +29 dBm making it an ideal candidate for small cell infrastructure deployments. The surface mount package measures 2 x 2.5 mm.
