Greenray Industries, Inc. has announced the availability of the YH1300-33 OCXO. The YH1300-33 oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO), available at 50 MHz, features low g-sensitivity to 7 x 10 (-10). Typical phase noise performance is -110 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz and -160 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz. For a limited time, Greenray is offering short lead-time availability for the YH1300-33.
Key features include a 5.0 VDC supply voltage, a miniature 20.3 x 12.7 mm DIP package and CMOS squarewave output. The YH1300-33 can be screened to MIL-PRF-55310, is RoHS compliant and is a stable reference source for high vibration environments.
The YH1300-33 OCXO is ideal for mobile GPS, numerous airborne systems apps, communications and RF telemetry systems.
