NEL Frequency Controls, Inc. has released ultra low phase noise OCXOs with low power in a miniature 15 x 21 x 11 mm DIL14 compatible package, at 10 MHz and 100 MHz output frequencies.

The 10 MHz output OCXO has a four-point mount SC-cut crystal, ultra low power consumption (250 mW), ultra low phase noise (-145 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz) and is ideal for applications ranging from battery powered equipment and high performance synthesizers, to test and measurement tools and high performance GPS receivers, to underwater exploration. 

The 10 MHz output OCXO has ultra low power consumption (350 mW), SC-cut crystal, ultra low phase noise, sine wave at +13 dBm output, extremely small hermetic package and is designed for applications like instrumentation, radar, high end synthesizers, communications and more.
