RFHIC released its latest 100 W, CW GaN solid-state power amplifier (SSPA) RWP2060080-50 designed for next-generation electronic warfare applications. The RWP2060080-50 provides an instantaneous wide bandwidth operating from 2,000 to 6,000 MHz. This highly efficient amplifier is fabricated using RFHIC’s GaN HEMT designs, providing excellent thermal stability and a small form factor 175 x 90 x 23 mm. The RWP2060080-50 provides a gain flatness of 1.5 dB and 22 percent efficiency. The 100 W, CW GaN SSPA is 50 Ohm fully matched, with spurious better than -60 dBc.
