Skyworks has added the SKY85333-11 (2.4 GHz) and SKY85747-11 (5 GHz) front-end modules (FEM) to their portfolio of solutions designed for high-power Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) applications, such as networking and wireless video streaming. Both support leading reference designs.

These highly integrated FEMs incorporate switching, a power amplifier and low noise amplifier with bypass. The modules have high linear output power, up to the regulation limits to improve coverage. Both devices have low EVM with 1024-QAM signals, improving throughput and meeting the requirements for multi-user MIMO operation.

Available now, the SKY85333-11 and SKY85747-11 are packaged in a 3 mm x 5 mm, 24-pin LGA package.
