Modelithics has released version 19.7 of the COMPLETE Library for Keysight Technologies’ PathWave RF Synthesis (Genesys) 2020 design software. Version 19.7 adds 72 new circuit simulation models.
The COMPLETE Library includes the CLR Library, with a large selection of scalable models for capacitor, inductor and resistor families from many popular suppliers. It is compatible with the Genesys new Vendor Parts Synthesis (VPS) capabilities.
The COMPLETE library also contains the NLD (Non-Linear Diode), NLT (Non-Linear Transistor) and SLC (System Level Component) libraries.
The new scalable inductor models in the CLR library include Coilcraft and Würth Elektronik families, with new Würth ferrite bead inductors. New scalable capacitor models include DLI (Knowles), Exxelia and Syfer (Knowles) and Würth Elektronik families.
New International Manufacturing Services (IMS) and Vishay resistor families are included, as well as varactors from MACOM and Skyworks in the NLD library.
The SLC library adds models for IMS attenuators.
Also, Modelithics’ S-parameter library was updated with new models for various Mini-Circuits components, including amplifiers, splitters, filters and transformers.
