LPKF has announced they will be exhibiting in Booth 1224 at the 2019 International Microwave Symposium (IMS) in Boston, Mass. June 4–6.
One exciting new machine on display will be the ProtoMat S104. This model has been upgraded with a higher speed 100,000 RPM variable speed spindle motor and high-precision copper thickness sensor probe. It’s now capable of handling the most sensitive materials, such as PTFE or ceramic filled PTFE for RF/microwave applications. Now with an automatic tool change and depth sensor, the cut depth can be precisely and automatically controlled with zero operator interaction. This innovative evolution makes the LPKF S104 the best and first ever, truly automated PCB prototyping machine that fits on a desktop or benchtop, and can be used in-house by everyday designers and technicians with limited training.
After launching their microsite last year, LPKF has added additional content and encourages microelectronics and hybrid assembly designers in all fields, including RF/microwave, to check out the updated site.
Engineers are encouraged to stop by Booth 1224 to watch LPKF’s laser and machine milling PCB machines in action, and talk with technical staff about their unique and varied applications.
