The SSHPS 2.5-6.0-150 handles up to 150 W of CW RF power from 2,500 to 6,000MHz for military and commercial communication systems. Mid-band insertion loss is typically < 1 dB while typical isolation is 53 dB. Maximum current draw from a +28 Vdc supply is 300 mA.
The SSHPS 2.5-6.0-150 offers 5 uSec switching speed and is rated for temperature, altitude and shock under MIL-STD operating conditions.
