We are excited to announce the release of CMD290, a wideband GaN low noise amplifier (LNA) MMIC.

The CMD290 delivers 12.5 dB of gain with a corresponding noise figure of 2.3 dB and an output 1 dB compression point of +19 dBm at 13 GHz. This GaN LNA features an RF input power survivability of 2 W. It is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
