This class AB linear State of the Art C & W power amplifier features an instantaneous wide-band GaN design with built-in protection circuits for high reliability and ruggedness. It is available with optional digital control & monitoring and local/remote interfaces. It is suitable for all single channel modulation standards. Other typical applications including TWT replacements, EMI/RFI, EW, SATCOM, and Lab use.
