Custom MMIC continues to add to its extensive family of MMIC switches, with two multi-throw GaAs MMIC non-reflective switches covering DC to 18 GHz.

The CMD235C4 is a SP5T non-reflective switch covering DC to 18 GHz with an insertion loss of 2.5 dB and high port-to-port isolation of 40 dB at 10 GHz.

The CMD236C4 is a SP6T non-reflective switch covering DC to 18 GHz with an insertion loss of 2.5 dB and port-to-port isolation of 42 dB at 10 GHz.

Suited for high-performance military and instrumentation applications, both switches have an input P_1dB of 21 dBm, a switching speed of approximately 60 ns and are housed in a ROHS compliant 4 mm x 4 mm QFN surface-mount package.

To reduce the number of logic control lines, the switches incorporate binary decoder circuitry; the control voltages are 0 and −5 V.
