Richardson RFPD, Inc. announced the availability and full design support capabilities for a selection of new low noise amplifiers and switches for test and measurement applications from Microsemi Corporation.
The new GaAs MMIC wideband low noise amplifiers (MMA040AA, MMA041AA, MMA043AA and MMA044AA) deliver excellent performance with flat gain over a frequency range as wide as DC to 28 GHz, and significantly better OIP3 performance compared to existing market solutions.
The new GaAs MMIC multi-throw switches (MMS006AA and MMS008AA) provide broad frequency coverage combined with superior insertion loss, isolation and IIP3 performance.
