Amplitude and Phased-matched SP4T Switch
The model SWN-1170-4DR-STANDARD options 0418, pulse amplitude modulation, simultaneous sample and hold is an SP4T switch with an amplitude of +/-0.45 dB and phase variation of +/-2.5° between ports from 0.4 to 18 GHz. Insertion loss is < 2.75 dB, SWR is 1.75 and isolation is 75 dB (min). Switching speed is 55 ns delay on and 30 ns delay off. Supply voltages are +5 V at 184 mA and –5 V at 38 mA. (Other supply voltages are available.) The switch weighs 1.5 oz (typ) and measures 1.25" x 1.25" x 0.70".

Three-way Combiner
The model YU324 high performance coherent frequency three-way power combiner for cellular and PCS applications operates over the 850 to 900 MHz range. Isolation is 60 dB (min), insertion loss is 0.6 dB (max), SWR is 1.2 (max) and input power handling is 80 W (avg). Two-stage Power Hybrids
This two-stage version of the company’s high impedance technology (HIT™) power hybrid line provides power amplification for applications traditionally covered by power transistors. The HIT design incorporates impedance matching, bias circuitry and temperature compensation inside the device package and produces a 50 W drop-in gain block, saving time and space. The first two-stage parts are intended for PCS applications in the 1.9 to 2.0 GHz frequency range with 1 dB compression points of 10 and 25 W. Nominal gain for both parts is 25 dB and both designs exhibit good gain flatness and phase linearity. Aluminum Nitride High Power Termination
The model 82-7172TC aluminum nitride high power termination operates in the DC to 2 GHz frequency range with a nominal impedance of 50 W. Designed for applications where toxic beryllia ceramic substrates cannot be used, these nontoxic terminations are available in sizes and configurations identical to standard BeO terminations. MMIC Single-balanced Mixer
The model HMC272MS8 ultra-miniature single-balanced mixer is packaged in an eight-lead plastic surface-mount mini small outline package (MSOP-8) and offers +21 dBm input IP3 and 30 to 40 dB LO/RF isolation. Full-band Duplexer Diversity Receive Filter Assembly
The model WSDA-00019 high performance PCS full-band duplexer diversity receive filter assembly consists of one base transceiver station (BTS) full-band duplexer and one full-band BTS Rx diversity receive (Rx2) filter. The duplexer offers a receive passband of 1850 to 1910 MHz and a transmit passband of 1930 to 1990 MHz with receive and transmit insertion losses of 1.0 dB (max) and 0.8 dB (max), respectively. Single-channel Bandpass Filter
The model 12861 single-channel electronic news gathering bandpass filter has a bandwidth of 8 MHz over the 1990 to 2110 MHz frequency band and provides < 3.5 dB insertion loss at center frequency. High Power Lowpass Filter
The model S70L-501 extra high power lowpass filter operates at S-band and handles 3 MW (pk) (20 kW (avg)) of power. A high conductivity aluminum alloy material helps to lower the insertion loss, which is typically 0.1 dB. The low loss, high precision machining and high efficiency cooling fins aid in lowering the operating temperature. Temperature rise is less than 70°F above ambient at 20 kW average input power. High Power Directional Couplers
The models HCHP-12180, -18265 and -26540 high frequency, high power directional couplers operate in the 12 to 18 GHz, 18 to 26.5 GHz and 26.5 to 40 GHz frequency ranges and offer 100, 80 and 60 W, respectively. SMA Connector

2.25 - 2.75 GHz Phase Comparator
The model FPX-JPM-1074 wideband phase comparator operates over the 2.25 to 2.75 GHz frequency range. Coaxial Cables
The T-Flex 401 replacement coaxial cables accept the same connectors as semirigid cable but are flexible, thereby eliminating the need for pre-bent assemblies (saving considerable engineering expense and simplifying installation). When terminated with 7/16 DIN connectors, passive intermodulation is > –160 dBc. All cables have > –100 dB/ft shielding. Attenuation is similar to solid-copper-jacketed semirigid cables, and high frequency versions are available for operation up to 18 GHz.
