Mixer/Converter MMICs
The models HMC258CB1, HMC264CB1 and HMC265CB1 mixer/converter MMICs in ball-grid array surface-mount technology packages cover the 14 to 20 GHz, 20 to 30 GHz and 20 to 31 GHz frequency bands, respectively. Utilizing MESFET and pHEMT processes, the MMICs offer subharmonic local oscillator inputs (7 to 16 GHz) with LO drives of -4 to 0 dBm. Designed specifically for LMDS, K/Ka-band satellite ground terminals and point-to-point radios, the mixer/converter MMICs can be implemented onto high volume solder reflow PCB assemblies. Electrical performance is guaranteed over the -55° to +85°C temperature range.
