RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42421, a low cost, high performance SPDT switch. The PE42421 operates from 10 MHz to 3 GHz with insertion loss as low as 0.35 dB and isolation as high as 30 dB between ports. The input 1 dB compression point is dependent on voltage and as high as 33.5 dBm. Input IP3 is 55 dBm.

Peregrine’s PE42421 low cost switch finds applications in RFID, home networking, small cells and WiFi but also in avionics communications, EW, land mobile radio and macrocell base stations.

Voltage supply can range from 1.8 to 3.3 V. This Peregrine switch is offered in a small, SC70 package.
