RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the MiniRF MRFXF0032 transformer. The MRFXF0032 is an unbalanced to balanced design with a 1:1 impedance ratio. Configured as a transmission line transformer, it covers a frequency range of 45 to 1200 MHz with superior insertion loss of 0.4 to 0.6 dB across this band width thereby supporting applications where power and noise figure are critical in the circuit design.

Capable of supporting DOCSIS3.1 requirements, the MRFXF0032 is designed for applications that require superb gain balance in a very small, low cost, and highly reliable surface mount package. Characteristic impedance is 75 ohms and power handling capability is 2 W max. 25 dB input return loss supports various balanced amplifier applications and Qorvo has selected this MiniRF transformer to pair with their RFCA8830 CATV amplifier for new design implementations.
