RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQP9221, a 2.01 to 2.17 GHz linear amplifier for use in enterprise femtocells, CPE and distributed antenna systems. The TQP9221 offers over 30 dB of gain and is internally matched for design ease while drawing 225 mA from a 4.5 V supply.
