Anatech Electronics introduced the WIFI2437-6 cavity bandpass filter designed for use in either indoor or outdoor Wi-Fi hotspots that combines low insertion loss with high rejection and RF power handling capability. It can be supplied in either standard or weatherized configurations and is available directly from the Anatech Electronics website.
The bandpass filter has a center frequency of 2437 MHz and a 22 MHz passband of 2426 to 2448 MHz. It has insertion loss of 3 dB or less, return loss greater than 15 dB, and low-side rejection greater than 60 dB and high-side rejection greater than 90 dB. Passband ripple is less than 1.2 dB and operating temperature range is -40° to +85° C. The filter will withstand shock and vibration of 20 G (11 ms), handles an RF input power of 50 W CW, uses female Type-N connectors, and measures 4.25" x 2.20" x 1".
The WiFi2437-6 cavity band pass filter is available for rapid delivery from the Anatech Electronics Web site. It can be customized to meet specific customer requirements including modifications to many electrical parameters as well as configuration and packaging.
