RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42822 high power SPDT RF switch operating from 700 MHz to 3.8 GHz utilizing UltraCMOS® SOI technology.
The PE42822 supports 40 W single-event peak power handling in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package saving valuable board space over bulky and more costly PIN diode approaches.
With 65 dBm of IIP3 linearity and 120 dBm IIP2, the PE42822 is ideal for LTE receiver applications in microcells and picocells. This Peregrine switch boasts a 3 kV HBM ESD performance and supports extended temperature operation up to 105 degrees C.
