Effective August 1, 2015, the whole of the business and assets of MESL Microwave Ltd., including all of its trading contracts, shall be transferred to its ultimate UK parent, COM DEV Europe Ltd. 

COM DEV Europe Limited (which trades as COM DEV International), is a company incorporated and existing under the Laws of England and Wales, and registered under company number 1863723. 

The registered office is at Triangle Business Park, Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP22 5SX, United Kingdom.

MESL Microwave has strengthened its trading position by becoming part of the COM DEV family, a global company with leading expertise in the design and manufacture of aerospace hardware and systems.

The ‘name.meslmicrowave.com’ e-mails addresses will continue to work for the foreseeable future, the ‘name.comdev.co.uk’ address will become active during August, so no need to change immediately.
