RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 5 to 8 GHz GaN driver amplifier. The TriQuint TGA2599-SMoffers 2 W of output power with >23 dB of small signal gain. Using a 25 V bias and drawing only 50 mA, the TGA2599-SMis compatible with TriQuint’s high power amplifiers, easing the burden of multiple bias supplies.

The TriQuint TGA2599-SMis available in a small, 4x4mm plastic overmolded QFN package.
