Skyworks Solutions Inc. unveils a single control, SOI, single-pole-double-throw switch.  The compact, 0.01 to 6.0 GHz SKY13453-385LF is intended for mode switching in pre-power amplifier cellular and dual-band WLAN transmit/receive applications.

Using advanced switching technologies, it is a reflective short switch that offers high linearity, maintains low insertion loss and achieves high isolation for both switching paths.  The switch comes in a 1 mm x 1 mm, 6-pin, quad-flat-no-lead package.
