RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a pair of 5 GHz power amplifiers designed for 802.11a/n/ac WLAN applications. TriQuint’s TQP5523 and TQP5525 are fully integrated modules with internal matching on both input and output ports.

Offering the highest output power on the market for 802.11ac applications, the TQP5523 and TQP5525 amplifiers support chipsets with low EVM and up to 32 dB of gain. Both TriQuint devices run off 3.3 or 5 V Vcc and integrate a temperature compensated bias network. The 4 x 4 mm QFN package is compatible with competitive devices yet TriQuint offers higher power and requires fewer supporting components.

Designed for WLAN applications, the TQP5523 and TQP5525 support multiple applications in the 4.9 to 5.925 GHz ISM band.
