RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the RFFM6903, a 1W transmit power Front End Module (FEM) for applications in the frequency range of 868 to 960 MHz. RFMD developed the RFFM6903 to aggressively reduce the size of front end designs and reduce component count in portable equipment. Reduced component count and size equate to reduced assembly cost and overall solution cost. The RFMD RFFM6903 integrates a 1 watt power amplifier, SP3T antenna switch, harmonic filters, an LNA with bypass and multiple matching components. All of this is packaged in a 6x6mm form factor.
