The products to be highlighted by RFMD at MWC 2013 will include its rapidly growing portfolio of high-performance 4G LTE solutions, including PowerSmart® multimode multi-band (MMMB) power amplifiers, ultra-high efficiency single-band power amplifiers, discrete switch-based products, antenna control solutions, and complete RF reference design platforms.

RFMD anticipates growth in RF components for 4G LTE devices to outpace smartphone unit growth, with the increasing adoption of new RF technologies, including envelope tracking, carrier aggregation, and antenna tuning.
