PMI Model No. PE2-30-218-4R0-20-12-SFF-BT is a 2.0 to 18.0GHz low noise amplifier that has an integrated bias-tee network on the output port. This amplifier provides 30 dB of gain while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±2.0 dB max over the operating frequency.
The noise figure is less than 4 dB and offers an OP1 dB of +20 dBm minimum and an OIP3 of +30 dBm typical. The amplifier requires +12 to +15 VDC and the current draw is less than 350 mA.
