A series of 6 to 8, 12 to 18 and 8 to 18 GHz amplifiers are introduced by MITEQ Inc., covering 30 dBm to 34 dBm.

The Model AMF-8B-08001800-40-33P delivers over 33 dBm of power over full band of 8 to 18 GHz, with over 40 dB gain and ±2.5 dB flatness. Noise figure is less than 4 dB, port VSWR is less than 2:1, and it draws about 3A from a single +12 to +15V DC supply.

The housing has a footprint of only 3” by 1.9” and 0.9” high with SMA connectors. Heatsink and other control features are also available as options.
