Suite of Antennas for HIRF Testing
AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation has introduced a suite of three high-gain, high-power microwave horn antennas for use in DO 160 High Intensity Radiated Frequency (HIRF) testing.
The new models include:
• AT4444 – 2 to 4 GHz / 1000 Watts CW / 17 kW pulse input power
• AT4446 – 4 to 6 GHz / 800 Watts CW / 15 kW pulse input power
• AT4448 – 6 to 8 GHz / 700 Watts CW / 10 kW pulse input power
These antennas provide a minimum of 18 dB over isotropic and supply the high intensity fields needed for DO 160 HIRF testing.
