MITEQ introduces an absorptive Single Pole Ten Throw Switch, Model SW10-001145AN3NF, covering the frequency range from 70 MHz to 14.5 GHz with a minimum of 80 dB isolation and VSWR of 2:1 maximum. The 10 BIT input control word is TTL compatible and commands switching time from 50% to 90% settling with 2 uS. The power handling is 20 dBm. Options available include extended band and sub-band versions covering the entire 70 MHz to 18 GHz range.
