3.65 – 3.85 GHz, WiMAX Power amplifier module AR Worldwide Modular RF is introducing a new solid-state GaAsFET power amplifier module for wireless broadband networks. Model KMS1070M12 covers 3.65 – 3.85 GHz. This amplifier is a special application version of our KMS 1070 and has similar overall performance but with an EVM of 2%. The nominal output power of the module is 20W (P1dB). In addition to moving the band edge up in frequency the units gain is increased to 40dB overall and high speed R
