The MAAM-009116 is a single stage High Dynamic Range IF Amplifier in an industry standard SOT-89 package, ideally suited for receiver and transmitter applications.

This SOT-89 Packaged Amplifier offers customers a device with 18.0 dB of gain, 22 dBm of output P1dB power and an outstanding 40 dBm of output IP3 Linearity. The MAAM-009116 delivers all this performance while maintaining a low noise figure of less than 2.4 dB.
