M/A-COM Tech: Point-to-Point Power Amplifiers
MAAP-000042, 66, 67, 69 & 70-PKG003
M/A-COM Tech’s point-to-point power amplifiers are fully matched to 50 ohms on both the input and the output and can be used as a power amplifier stage or as a driver stage in high power applications. Each power amplifier is available in a 20 lead, 5 mm PQFN package that is RoHS compliant and compatible with industry standard lead-free solder reflow processes up to 260oC.
All devices are 100% RF tested to ensure performance compliance and are fabricated using Multifunction Self-Aligned Gate (MSAG) Process, resulting in excellent linearity and reliability. The MTTF is >1 million hours at a 170oC junction temperature.
M/A-COM Tech: Point-to-Point Driver Amplifiers
MAAM-007523/24, 35-40-PKG003
Each product is available in a 16 lead, 4mm PQFN plastic package, the input and outputs ports are matched to 50 ohms and are DC blocked, and the self-biased design requires only a drain supply for biasing.
Each device in the Driver Amplifier line is 100% RF tested in order to ensure performance compliance and is fabricated using Multifunction Self-Aligned Gate (MSAG) Process, for excellent linearity and reliability. The MTTF is >1 million hours at a 170oC junction temperature. The 4 mm PQFN package is RoHS compliant and compatible with industry standard lead-free solder reflow processes up to 260oC.
The Point-to-Point Driver and Power Amplifier product lines will be on display during the European Microwave Week show, 27th-31st October, 2008. The complete range and capabilities of each line will also be unveiled during the show in Amsterdam RAI, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Headquartered in Lowell, Massachusetts, M/A-COM Tech is building on some 60 years of experience to develop and manufacture active and passive products, including Si and GaAs based semiconductors from facilities in Lowell, MA and Torrance, CA. Infrastructure products will continue to be provided by the Company’s facility in Cork, Ireland and Laser Diode products in Edison, NJ.
