The HMC619 is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT Distributed Power Amplifier die which operates between DC and 10 GHz. The HMC619 provides up to 12 dB of gain, +37 dBm output IP3 and +28 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring 300 mA from a +12V supply. The HMC619LP5E is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT Distributed Power Amplifier which operates between DC and 10 GHz, and is housed in a plastic 5 x 5 mm SMT package. The HMC619LP5E provides 11 dB of gain, +37 dBm output IP3 and +27 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring 300 mA from a +12V supply. Ideal for EW, ECM, Radar and test equipment applications, the gain flatness for both the die and the SMT packaged version is excellent at ±0.4 dB from DC to 7 GHz, and ±0.5 dB from DC to 10 GHz respectively. The HMC659 is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT Distributed Amplifier die which operates between DC and 15 GHz. The HMC659 provides up to 19 dB of gain, +35 dBm output IP3 and +26.5 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring 300 mA from a +8V supply. The HMC659LC5 is a GaAs MMIC PHEMT Distributed Power Amplifier which operates between DC and 15 GHz, and is housed in a ceramic 5 x 5 mm SMT package. The HMC659LC5 provides 19 dB of gain, +35 dBm output IP3 and +27.5 dBm of output power at 1 dB gain compression while requiring 300 mA from a +8V supply. Gain flatness for both the die and the SMT packaged version is excellent at ±0.5 dB from DC to 10 GHz and ±1.4 dB from DC to 15 GHz respectively. The HMC619 and HMC659 die products are specified for operation over the -55 to +85ºC temperature range. The HMC619LP5E and the HMC659LC5 products are specified for operation over the -40 to +85ºC temperature range.
