New at IMS 2011 this year, Tektronix will showcase RSA5000 Series Signal Analyzer in Booth 1432. The new instruments raise the price-performance bar for mid-range signal analyzers by offering more than double currently available acquisition bandwidth and the world’s best real time capabilities. By combining reduced time-to-insight and lower cost, the new series is ideal for numerous design and operations applications, including spectrum management, radar, electronic warfare, radio communications and EMI/EMC. US MSRP starting at $36,400.
Tektronix will also highlight its AWG7000C and AWG5000C Series of Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWG) that bring performance and usability enhancements to the industry’s most capable family of signal generation solutions. The new “C” series of Tektronix AWG instruments provide a 45 percent reduction in waveform creation times compared to prior AWG instruments, essential for performance-intensive applications where large number of waveforms are required to effectively characterize high speed serial and wideband RF/microwave designs. Based on customer input, the new AWGs implement a number of popular features from previous generation AWGs, including equation editor, dynamic jump and sub-sequencing. The new models also feature brighter LED displays and deliver faster performance, as well as, enhanced security through use of the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system. US MSRP starts at $31,700 for the 600 MS/s AWG5002C and $72,800 for the 8 GS/s AWG7082C.
