Smiths Interconnect, a division of Smiths Group, announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, that it will combine the four existing businesses within the Smiths Interconnect Wireless Technologies Group (Summitek, Allrizon, Triasx and the telecom division of TRAK Microwave Ltd.) under the single new brand of KAELUS.

“Individually, these businesses are highly respected in the wireless telecommunications sector for developing world-class technically differentiated RF products and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) test solutions,” said Ralph Phillips, President of Smiths Interconnect. “Bringing the businesses together as one creates a higher level of collaboration that enables more effective deployment of their combined global resources to provide solutions to our customers’ most challenging requirements.”
