Integral Systems Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RT Logic, has been awarded more than $21 M in multiple government, military and commercial contracts over the past three months, $11.4 M of which was closed in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2010. Under the terms of the contracts, RT Logic will provide its proven commercial-based Telemetrix® signal processing systems that are currently used by greater than 85 percent of US space missions.
The contract awards demonstrate RT Logic’s continued dominance of the satellite ground system signal processing market, and represent a solid mix of upgrades to existing systems and new customer wins. Examples of the contract wins include:
• Multiple Satellite Test Systems that will be used by satellite manufacturers to test selected systems prior to launch.
• New Channel Simulator awards that provide designers, testers and students with RF signals that precisely match those encountered in actual space and aerial missions.
• Several satID® geolocation system awards that will be used to quickly, easily and accurately locate signal interference sources.
• Numerous satellite ground system awards that will support satellite system operations using RT Logic’s Telemetrix modems, front-end processors and recorders.
RT Logic Telemetrix products span the full range of communications system functions, and are used to process satellite and launch vehicle Telemetry, Tracking & Control (TT&C) and payload/mission data communication links. They are also used in test and simulations systems, and have application in missile, UAV (UAS) and other military data-link markets. Since its inception more than 13 years ago, RT Logic has been solving the toughest communications system problems for a wide range of customers by applying innovative, software-defined, FPGA-based, system-level solutions.
