Comtech Telecommunications Corp. announced that its Santa Clara, California-based subsidiary, Comtech Xicom Technology Inc., received an order valued in excess of $2.5 M for state-of-the-art 500 W Ka-band high power amplifiers supporting the emerging high-throughput satellite market.

These 500 W amplifiers feature high linear power and are operational at high ambient temperatures.
