Dynamic Range Gain Block: ADM-8095CH

The ADM-8095CH high dynamic range gain block is now available as a wire-bondable die. This high-linearity amplifier provides +21 dBm output power up to 10 GHz with a flat 18 dB gain response across the operating band. Featuring a low 1.2 dB noise figure and excellent return losses, the ADM-8095CH can serve either as a linear signal amplifier or a saturated driver amplifier for H- or S-diode mixers.
