MPAR-020080S47 is a 2~8GHz GaN amplifier with state-of-art GaN design technology. It has higher saturation output power while keeping higher P1dB and better linearity. 

The built-in control, monitoring and protection functions are offered. It is designed for high power CW & pulse system applications, such as 5G, LTE, WIFI and other related system module & EMC test. Other custom amplifiers for special tests and applications are available.
