High Linearity Amplifier Module for Communications

RFMW announced design and sales support for a SMA connectorized amplifier from Amplifier Solutions Corp. The ASC3065C has an operating band of 20 to 500 MHz with typical specifications of +33 dBm P1dB, 34 dB gain and a 3.0 dB noise figure when operating at 24 V. With excellent linearity and unconditionally stable, the ASC3065C offers optimal reliability for VHF, UHF or Radar communications applications that require high linearity. No external components are required.
