Low Distortion LNA Supports Broadband CATV

RFMW announced design and sales support for a low noise GaAs pHEMT single-ended RF amplifier IC. The Qorvo QPL1816, single-ended LNA, balances low noise and distortion to provide an ideal solution for a wide range of broadband amplifiers used in Cable TV applications such as optical receivers and low noise front-ends. Spanning a frequency range of 50 to 1800 MHz, the QPL1816 is available in a SOT-89 package for convenient layout and design in set top and infrastructure projects for 75 Ω CATV and satellite applications.
