Ruggedized LDMOS White Paper from Ampleon

RFMW announced availability of a white paper from Ampleon,  “ART (Advanced Rugged Technology)”. The paper describes Ampleon’s advancements with ruggedized Si LDMOS transistors of up to 2 kW of RF power for 1 through 400 MHz applications. ART technology was engineered to obtain a high drain-source breakdown while maintaining a compelling low output capacitance to allow for a rugged transistor with high transconductance in frequency ranges from HF through UHF.
