High Performance VCO from APA Wireless Supported by RFMW

RFMW announced design and sales support for APA Wireless voltage controlled oscillators (VCO). The R1424SMUAM12_135 delivers -95 dBc/Hz typical phase noise at 10 KHz offset over its operating range of 1400 to 2400 MHz. VCC is 12 Volts while the tuning voltage range is 1 to 16 V. Typical output power is 10 dBm. Packaged in a standard 0.5 x 0.5 inch castellated SMT, the APA Wireless R1424SMUAM12_135 is a form/fit/function replacement for the EOL Qorvo UMS-2400-A16-G.
