Qorvo's Industry-Leading Ka-Band PA Supported by RFMW

RFMW announced design and sales support for a high-power, mmWave, GaN amplifier from Qorvo. The QPA2229D is a high power MMIC amplifier fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15 μm GaN on SiC process (QGaN15). Operating between 34 and 36 GHz, it achieves 13 W saturated power with large signal gain of 14 dB. 100 percent DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications, applications include radar, electronic warfare and space communications.
